It is the Customer's complete responsibility to ensure that their Electric Scooter is used by all local laws. When purchasing through TekkPlay registered as Tech Play Ltd. you the customer accept and assume all risk and liability associated with using eScooter or any other products purchased from TekkPlay. The customer accepts full responsibility and waives their rights to hold Tech Play Ltd. trading as TekkPlay and its owners from any liability caused in association, directly or indirectly with their use unless due to the negligence of the company or a defective product. Electric Scooters shouldn't be used under the age of 18.
